5Bonuses & Promotions

• Every bonus comes with wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

6Game Rules

7Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the empi88 platform and may result in permanent account suspension or termination:

8Account Suspension & Termination

Empi88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Account closure request by the member themselves.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

For accounts suspended due to fraud or breach of terms, empi88 reserves the right to hold the remaining balance until the investigation is concluded. If termination occurs without member misconduct, any valid remaining balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

• Empi88 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Empi88 does not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Empi88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Law
